Coaching is more than just coaching sessions. Coaching is an ongoing process. I will help you to get clear about goals, values and what you want to achieve. I will keep you on track and hold you accountable. And yes, I will coach you.

My current clients are in the US and in Germany.  I coach both, in German and English and since I coach over the phone - I can coach all over the world.

Option 1:
2 x 1 hour sessions of coaching (50 minute of coaching and 10 minutes journaling of the session)
Unlimited email and phone support
Crisis support

Option 2:
3 x 1 hour sessions of coaching (50 minute of coaching and 10 minutes journaling of the session)

Discovery session
This session is the basis for our coaching. You will walk away with a great awareness of your values, your future self and where you want to go. It will help both of us to design our coaching alliance

1 x 2-3 hour session
Written outcome of your discovery session
