For 15 years I have worked as an independent IT process and management consultant. I have managed and implemented SAP projects in over 10 countries for big corporations like Motorola, Colgate Palmolive, IBM, Nestle, Nvidia and Jarden Corp. This has given me a thorough understanding of corporate structures and organizational dynamics. 



As an executive coach I help you to take inventory of your assets and determine what is lacking. Together we will find resonant ways to move you to where you want to move – be it a promotion, a special skill, work life balance. The agenda comes from you.

Discovery session
This session is the basis for our coaching. You will walk away with a great awareness of your values, your future self and where you want to go. It will help both of us to design our coaching alliance

1 x 2-3 hour sessions. It can be broken up in multiple sessions if needed
